House renovation and structural repair content
A large share of the supplied material documents active home work under #JBM and #JCM, especially the “Nancy” project. Posts show or describe lifting a house, marking lift amounts, stabilizing a home, digging out a 500 sq ft family room and walk-out basement addition, cutting an opening into basement storage, and installing or discussing bathroom features such as a custom tile shower and Bluetooth fan/light combo.
Evidence
- “Lifting Nancy! Our orange markers for how much lift were getting.”
- “Digging out the 500 sq ft family room and walk out basement addition after lifting and stabilizing the home.”
- “Cutting in the opening to the basement storage/500 sqft addition!”
Robinhood remodel and property-planning posts
The “Robinhood” series is framed as a remodel/flip in Aurora. In the January 2026 clips, jpurgert walks through interior spaces, reacts to “Titanic doors,” considers taking out a wall to open the kitchen, and asks what to do with the newly visible room. A longer Robinhood post includes on-screen building-permit text and pantry markings.
Evidence
- “Robinhood 🏚️🛠️💪🏡💕 #JCM #remodel #flip #aurora”
- “I’m thinking take this wall out... open up the kitchen.”
- On-screen text: “CITY OF ALLIANCE BUILDING PERMIT” and “PANTRY”
Product testing and home air-quality documentation
Several videos form a Colorfil air-filter review thread. jpurgert installs Colorfil filters in an Amana furnace described as about 17 years old, cites pets as a reason for testing, compares the filter’s pink-to-orange/yellow color changes, and reports noticing clearer air after two days. Later updates say the first filter was installed around August 18 and changed around mid-September.
Evidence
- “This is my furnace. It’s an Amana... from 2006, so 17 years old roughly.”
- “I had a cat, I have a dog, and he has short hair, and he sheds everywhere.”
- “two days after I put this in, I’ve felt... the clearness in the air”
Local life, family, food, and travel clips
Outside renovation material, the account includes short personal and local-life posts. Captions mention Cleveland sunshine, picking up a kid from Cedar Point, Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, Florida, and a Cleveland/Lake Erie clip where someone says the water or beach material “looks like steak.” Food posts include homemade “MAMNANNS” sandwiches with ham or shredded chicken, cheeses, peppers, tomatoes, onions, and homemade pepper jam.
Evidence
- “Literally any sun we’re getting lately I’ll take it!! ... #cleveland #October”
- “Picking up my kid from Cedar Point”
- “This one’s ham, Swiss cheese, American cheese... my pepper jam”
Inferred presentation style
Inference: The supplied clips suggest a hands-on, informal documentation style rather than polished tutorial production. The creator often narrates while walking through spaces, reacts in the moment with laughter or surprise, tracks small technical details such as lift height and filter color, and mixes renovation updates with jokes, music, and family or local outings.
Evidence
- “Probably got about an inch and a half today”
- “Oh my God. This is so cool.”
- “I gotta get back to work, so bye. [laughs]
